did I need a singular permission or something to go to the concert if I am under 18?
My name is Vesela and I am from Bulgaria.I'm huuge fan of RBD and I want to go to that concert.I am 18,but with me there will be one girl wich is 16.Pleeese help me here! Tell me did I need a special permision for her to get into the stadion?
